- アカウント登録・ログインの仕組みはありません。
- 端末のIPアドレス・閲覧画面や日時・利用時間・OS情報、広告ID等を取得する場合があります。

本プライバシーポリシーは、Yoshihiko, Ishikawa（以下「サービス提供者」）がフリーミアムサービスとして提供するモバイル向けアプリ「情シスの教科書」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本サービスは「現状有姿（AS IS）」での利用を前提としています。
情報の収集と利用
本アプリは、ダウンロードおよび利用の際に情報を収集します。収集する情報には、以下のようなものが含まれる場合があります。
- お使いの端末のインターネットプロトコルアドレス（例：IPアドレス）
- 本アプリ内で閲覧したページ、訪問の日時、各ページでの滞在時間
- 本アプリの利用時間
- モバイル端末で使用しているオペレーティングシステム
本アプリは、モバイル端末の正確な位置情報を取得しません。
本アプリは、データの処理や機能の提供のために人工知能（AI）技術を使用しません。
サービス提供者は、提供いただいた情報を用いて、重要なお知らせ・必要な通知・マーケティングに関するご案内のため、随時ご連絡することがあります。
より良い体験のため、本アプリの利用にあたり、サービス提供者は広告ID（Advertising ID）を含む一定の個人を識別しうる情報の提供を求める場合があります。サービス提供者が求めた情報は同社により保持され、本プライバシーポリシーに記載のとおり利用されます。
第三者によるアクセス
本アプリおよびサービスの改善を支援する目的で、集計・匿名化されたデータのみが定期的に外部サービスへ送信されます。サービス提供者は、本ポリシーに記載する方法で利用者の情報を第三者と共有することがあります。

オプトアウトの権利
本アプリをアンインストールすることで、本アプリによる情報収集をすべて簡単に停止できます。アンインストールは、お使いのモバイル端末やアプリマーケットプレイス／ネットワークが提供する標準的な手順に従って行えます。
データの保存ポリシー
サービス提供者は、利用者が本アプリを利用している間および合理的な期間、利用者が提供したデータを保持します。本アプリを通じて提供されたデータの削除をご希望の場合は、devmmou@gmail.com までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
お子様について
サービス提供者は、13歳未満の児童から意図的にデータを取得したり、児童に向けてマーケティングを行うために本アプリを利用することはありません。

サービス提供者は、利用者の情報の機密性を保護することに努めています。サービス提供者は、処理・保持する情報を保護するため、物理的・電子的・手続的な安全対策を講じています。

本プライバシーポリシーは、理由のいかんを問わず随時更新されることがあります。サービス提供者は、本ページを新しいプライバシーポリシーで更新することにより、変更を通知します。変更がないか定期的に本ポリシーをご確認いただくことを推奨します。継続してのご利用は、すべての変更への同意とみなされます。

同意について

This privacy policy applies to the 情シスの教科書 app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Yoshihiko, Ishikawa (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Ad ID (Advertising ID). The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at devmmou@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (devmmou@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
